On 12 July the European Court of Justice (ECJ) in Luxembourg didn’t throw out entirely the EU Food Supplements Directive as advised by the EU Advocate General. However, the Court’s verdict redefines the rules and is essentially a victory for consumers and freedom of choice in healthcare.
