An op-ed article in the New York Times (April 1) discusses discoveries in cancer treatments that are readily available compounds, inexpensive, and they ARREST CANCER. And no drug company is interested in developing the discoveries for the marketplace—if it cannot be patented, there’s no profit, what’s the point?
