Influenzinum is made from the current flu vaccine. It is used to treat flu symptoms and possibly prevent flu (official FDA wording).
My personal experience has been to use homeopathic flu protection ONLY though I'm in two categories of individuals advised to "get a flu shot or die". Each family member has her own vial of Influenzinum and takes a dose for protection at the beginning of each month of flu season. If you feel flu symptoms coming on, take another dose until symptoms subside.
Dr. Len Torok of Medina, Ohio, recommends the following treatment:
Prevention: One dose once a month (one dose = 3-4 pellets).
Flu: One dose (3-4 pellets) three or four times a day until symptoms subside. Most people with the flu experience relief from the head symptoms within one hour. The nausea, vomiting or diarrhea may take a day or so to subside.
